Needing some assistance as im short for medication and flu things for myself and my kids pretty desperate and am looking for someone to show me and my sick kids some kindness can repay 20th May (Wednesday coming)

Hi all am in a desperate situation, trying to get some money together for mine and my sons medication as flu seasonn has not been kind and i don't get much support exhausted all options please just needing $30 am able to give back on 20th of may (Next Wednesday)

My kids have caught the yearly bug unfortunately and i dint get paid till next Wednesday needing some kind of assistance if anyone could help ill pay the full amount back plus interest if i need 🤧
