Does Snapdragon play well with omarchy and arch?
I want to buy a zenbook with Snapdragon x plus processor, I'm not dead set on using arch distros and omarchy on but I want to see if it's compatible or are there developers working on the compatibility.
Of I acquired a surface as a linux user, are there any challenges I should expect or does it work like just any other laptop?
Are the laptops firmwares compatible with linux kernel?
I was using windows for a while and last night I installed ubuntu, great right? Only problem is now my GPU is non existent! Ubuntu recognizes empty pci ports but not my GPU, catch is that my GPU was active just last night on windows! It's like it's turned itself off
This laptop is an ideapad 310 with a 920mx GPU and also an integrated Intel
Bios setting is set discrete (meaning it's not on only integrated mod)
Also I should mention that last year I had a similar problem but I can't for the life of me figure out how I solved it
If anyone is familiar with what's going on, please help
