ISACA QAE wrong answers?

Am I misunderstanding this? The question is asking what would happen if denormalization happens? Correct answer is increased redundancy. Which makes sense

But the explanation says the opposite, normalization increases redundancy. Which is wrong and has me confused now.

The more I come familiar with the topics the more I been catching a couple of these mistakes in the QAE.

CISA exam breaks?

For anyone who took the exam, how do the breaks work?
I recently learned that you are not given any breaks during the exam, you are supposed to sit there for 4 hours to answer 150 questions with no breaks?
How did you built into it and is it hard to walk out of the exam to take a break?

I finished my CPA exams a couple of months ago and in the exams we were given a 15 minute break that didn’t count towards your 4 hours. I’m trying to have ideas of how could I take a break without hurting my time.

How do I (F30) approach an uncomfortable situation with my fiancé(M30) and his cousins (F37, F34, F29)

I’m trying to figure out the best way to approach this situation without offending anyone. My fiancé has these three girl cousins that overly spoil him. Him and his brother are basically the pride and joy of everyone in their family. It came with a lot of territorial and uncomfortable situations, all which I have managed to work around or get used to.
One thing thou, that always make me feel so uncomfortable is that all three of those cousins call him and his brother “Baby”. On top of the overly spoil behavior, the baby thing kind of makes me feel super uncomfortable.

I’ll explain a scenario, we went out to eat, they wanted to sit around him, no problem. We got dim sum and so we were sharing different plates. They grabbed his plate, served him his food and said “Here baby so you can eat good” 🥴
As we kept eating, they kept asking him “are you good baby?” “Do you want me to serve you more baby” lol it was just over the top with the spoiling and the pet calling. I have over 30 cousins all whom I’m extremely close with but calling those names has never been a thing. I understand different cultures but as we plan our wedding, I don’t want them showing up to our wedding, in front of my family and friends and call him baby while overly spoiling him. How can I approach this without disrespecting them or their relationship but also standing firms on something that not only makes me feel uncomfortable but will also embarrass me in front of my own family. I mean even thinking about how we would have kids one day and they will my fiancé baby in front of his kids? Ugh

Last shift - Final World Cup NJ/NY

I still can’t believe I was able to watch the final match and be part of history for Spain second star!! I had so much fun in this experience, I feel so grateful for all of it. Not only that but as a volunteer at the Met Life I got to see Sergio Ramos, Vozinha, Peso Pluma, Speed, Luis Suarez, Pique and Shakira’s son, THE RONALDINHO, who all came in through the gate I was working as Fan Operations. Even had a quick conversation with Pique as I offered him the ID CARDS LOL. We were able to enjoy the fan fest and catch the game at some empty seats. I’m still very shocked and happy about the whole experience. Outside of this, I also got to enjoy other games like Ecuador offset against Germany and Neymar last goal. I worked hard and played harder, after being rejected for the 25 CWC and amist FIFA unorganized application process, I feel I got more than my time’s worth and met some truly truly amazing individuals.
What an experience! Viva el futbol 😭❤️⚽️

Fan Operations 1st shift

I wanted to share my experience with others in case is helpful!
Fan Operations in NJ, first shift, BRAZIL V MOROCO🤪

FIFA does give us a code for public transportation to the station where we take a shuttle. I saw uber was $25 upon return, but didn’t check how much it was to get to the stadium. The shuttle busses was a mess! I understand it’s the first game but a lot of volunteers had planned to be there an hour ahead and were actually late because of the traffic between the station and the stadium. That whole drive was an ordeal, I heard so many horror stories from people in other busses. A tip i heard from some volunteers they got dropped off at the mall early and then they walk to the station and their relatives who dropped them off didn’t experience traffic, of course this was before it got crazy.
The bus leaves you in a different tent for other volunteers, we then (Fan Operations) had to walk to the accreditation tent to check in and get started. You do need to get your wristband here. Everything up to this point was a nightmare haha but after checking in, the experience of being in the stadium, the energy from the crowds as they come in, the chaos in people looking where they are going!!! Amazing!!! This is exactly what I wanted out of the experience. Things do seem less unorganized and this falls on the team leads.. the ones actually getting paid.. but my team lead was amazing, they were truly on top of everything. However the group they assigned us too seemed to be going with the flow too and although they were extremely attentive to ask everyone if we were okay, I think it needs a little more organization in sending people to breaks because technically anyone can take a break at anytime and while that’s good, it did get hectic at some point when volunteers were either missing or not doing anything I guess out of fatigue.
Anyone who hasn’t done their shift yet, be advised it’s a shit show at the start, but the experience of being at the stadium was amazing, the crowds, the fan fest, it was great.
Also the food wasn’t too bad.

My friend and I applied April 4th
Got notification to submit passport April 16 and 17 for him
He submitted his passport on April 19th
On April 20 he dropped off his passport. I couldn’t because I had a trip to the UK
On April 27 he got an email to come for an interview. No update on the portal
On May 4 we both went to the consulate, he went for the interview where they asked him basic questions and I dropped off my passport.

Our flight is May 13th evening. I’m afraid if they flagged him, they will flag me too for an interview and with the timing being so close it will further delay that I would have to go for an interview and then wait another 3 days to get the passport back. I tried explaining the situation to the receptionist but they really don’t care to communicate since everything is done is the back office. Has anyone showed up with their paper receipt to pick up passport ahead of the portal updating? Has anyone experience having to do an interview and how long was the wait after? I’m panicking.

This is NYC Consulate.
