Notable characters: I only remember the main character, he was humanoid but with a strange face, he was definitely a monster.

Notable gameplay mechanics: I remember being a mix of adventure game, same style as Grim Fandango but with more puzzle, and a bit more action.

Other details: A friend gave me his game for an holiday and I liked it very much. I couldn't finish it unfortunately. I don't remember much more, except that the setting was in a fantasy/steampunk city that was mainly empty.
