Multiple trails and roads close together causing problems!

I'm sure many of you know this well, especially those who aim to get to the holy grail of 100%! It get's worse with poor satellite receiving of course. Here's my question: Does your recording device make a difference to this accuracy? I use the RWGPS on my iPhone 16 Pro and also Wandrer running in a browser as a reality check, and RWGPS draws the GPS data smoothly, whereas the browser running Wandrer is rough - sometimes jumping all over the place. However, when I upload my rides, often it has missed entire sections of these 'parallel' tracks. Is there any benefits to using something like a bike computer for example, due to better GPS radio accuracy? I do use the most frequent recording periods on my phone, and FWIW I use it because I can read road names more easily on that big screen! TIA, fellow OCD addicts!!

Why we should prefer to back into most parking situations!

When we are in a vehicle and heading to a parking spot, we can choose whether the reversing occurs at that instant, or when we leave that parking place, we should consider what happens during each event. Or not, it would seem.. As we arrive, we should be aware of our surroundings and have a good sense of safety, whereas when we return to the vehicle it takes some time to get ready to move. So we are now sitting in the vehicle with the engine started, and we need to reverse out while our field of view and knowledge of potential problems developing are likely out of view. So we reverse into the potential unknown... Don't you wonder how many people's vehicles have been hit, and how likely that might have never happened, if nothing else changed other than leaving the parking spot driving forward? Both options take the same time!!! That's all.

The most prevalent type of bad parking, that might be causing the most mayhem...

Question: I've seen many insanely dumb parking jobs in here, but what about people lacking in skill (or just lazy) who park way out from the curb? These idiots are abandoning, not parking their vehicle! Is there a limit? In Ohio it's 'supposedly' one foot maximum.
