21 round sleeve for p365x/xl

Hi all, I wanted a cleaner way to run the P365 fuse 21-round mag with the X/XL grip, so I designed my own.

The goal was a durable, one-piece solution that replaces both the baseplate and sleeve.

This is the first finished prototype in black PA12 nylon. I’d like to offer them on my shop, but wanted to get your feedback first and make any necessary changes: does this solve the problem well enough that you’d consider buying one? Any nagging issues?

Port Pop Suggestions

Hi all, I’ve tuned my AGB to the minimum gas plus one click, and I’m running a Nomad 30 TI XC. 9” barrel. I’m still seeing pretty violent port pop and some dented cases.

I currently have a standard carbine buffer/spring, and I’m looking to change that. My main concerns are reliability and reducing port pop.

Any spring/buffer recommendations that maintain reliability but will knock the sound down?
