Advice needed on damaged bag
Guys I need your advice, I bought a bag which arrived damaged, I paid insurance and contacted the TS. I’ve been offered a new bag although they don’t have the original colour I wanted, but I’m being asked to pay for postage. I’m being told that the insurance is for the package to arrive and not for damage during transportation. However I’m now checking the QC photos and if I zoom in I can see the damage before the items being sent. What would you guys do? I’ve attached photos of the damage once I received the bag. And the QC photos which if you zoom in you can see it’s already there, I did not notice before to be honest but I’m surprised the seller missed the damage. Screenshots of convo too. Should I just pay the postage and get the new bag or pay as it seems the damage was already there and I also missed it in the QC photos? First two pics are once the bag arrived, the others are the ones she sent, if you zoom in I’m sure the damage is there before sending, what do you think?
