[f4m] adult, long-term RP partner

Right so small introduction and what I'm looking for, hopefully this is the right place haha.

My name is Ivar, though I go by Miswi online. I've been rping online for give or take 12 years (I started as a kid on geeking lmao). That being said, I am not at novel level unfortunately :(

Though, I like some semi-lit or adv. Lit writing. I'm the last one to count words and paragraphs. There are moments where quick dialogue seems more fitting.

Either way, I've been looking for a long term partner that would RP with me on discord. I would like to do a slow burn romance, that reflects a wholesome dynamic. I don't oppose the occasional erotic writing, but it definitely isn't my focus. Simultaneously, I don't expect romance to be the sole focus of the story, I'm very happy to embed it within the setting and have it simply be part of the whole.

I have some general scenarios that I usually prefer but I'm very open to discussing them and going over your preferences as well! All in all I'm drawn to:

- post Apocalyptic Zombie type of thing

- knight x maid situation, preferably when there's some war going on

Maybe you can sorta smell it from the props and yeah, as cringe as it is I'm a sucker for angst. I like my OCs to go to hell and back. Lol.

For the "logistics" of things:

- English is not my first language. But I don't think that should be an issue.

- unfortunately typos will be something you'll encounter. Sorry.

- I would want this to be long term. That being said I don't expect any of us to be online 24/7. There's life outside of discord.

- I live in Europe. I'm posting this at 1am cuz I'm not falling asleep

- oh yeah I'm a grown ass woman. I don't want to RP with minors 💀

I hope this clears most of it but if there are any questions whatsoever lmk :33

[Spoiler] Monster in the backrooms

Just a question my fiancé and I discussed after watching the movie and I'd love to hear opinions on this. Also again: spoilers if you haven't seen the movie yet!

Right so the main danger in the backrooms is that monster that hunts the people. It is later revealed to be a grotesque version of the captain mascot. Or at least presents as such. Clark does refer to it as it being him and "us". So I am interpreting it as it being a manifestation of his mental health.

But my question is, has it always been the captain? Is the captain the only entity or are there more? My main theory is that it's not the main monster but rather was created after Clark entered the backrooms. Similar to how rooms are created whenever a person enters (like shown when the therapist enters, whose name I forgot sorry :( ).

At the very beginning we see that there's another entity though. Do y'all think this is another creature or do y'all think the captain has already existed? Maybe in a way that the backrooms are not tied to time and space and everything sorta happens at once. But then, that would imply that Clark is more important in some way to the backrooms, for only him to have a manifested version of his mental health.

On other occasions I wouldn't think about this and just sign it off as suspension of disbelief in order for a movie to function as movie. But I also think this movie appears to be so thoughtfully crafted that I'm missing something. Either way, I'd love to hear your thoughts :3.
