App's not working

This has happened many times, I try to open the app and nothing works, then I will try again some hours later and it will work. Does this happen to anyone else? St0p forcing the app doesn't help.

I just started taking oral minoxidil, I know topical minoxidil is very poisonous to dogs and cats but, do you know if there is risks with oral minoxidil? Is it dangerous for them if I kiss them?
