I really like Doran on the team
Hey everyone, recent T1 fan here (started playing league 2024, got into watching the same year, and haven't looked back since). I genuinely just want to give props to Doran, an unsung hero of the team who has been playing quite well I believe, even though there are many who doubt him. Yes, he ints sometimes, yes, sometimes the plays he makes don't make sense, but silently, he carries the burden of being T1's great shield. He soaks up the damage, lightens the pressure on other lanes, and is a completely selfless player who doesn't care about his KDA. That's pretty much it, T1 fighting!
They are really embracing the circus
Just came back from T1 Home Base in Hongdae. Might have been out of the loop but was legit surprised that they've embraced the circus enough to make official merchandise.
Why do Peyz Keria often go Mage/Assassin during game 3?
I've noticed this is a trend whenever the series is pushed to game 3, Peyz and Keria decides to go Ziggs/Mel and Pyke/Camille as their bot comp. I get that it's a lane domination thing, but why always game 3? Why don't they do that for game 1 and 2? The casters mentioned Mel is insane against Ashe/Sera which is always a must pick in the meta currently
Faker: I’m very grateful to have been selected again as a national representative for the Asian Games. It’s a huge honor, and since we’ll be representing Korea as the national team, I want to prepare as hard as possible. | Faker and Tom interview after KRX series
https://youtu.be/9JhRTgOX__o?si=Yn8SH-rr032uSSrG
Overall thoughts on the match
Tom: First of all, I’m happy that we won.
Faker: Today, managing our game score differential was important, so it’s a bit disappointing that we didn’t get the clean result we wanted, but I’m still glad we got the win.
What were the positives and the disappointing parts?
Tom: I think our overall performance was good, but in the early part of Game 2 we had way too many mistakes and some unnecessary plays, so that part was a little disappointing.
What’s the reason behind the team’s recent strong performance?
Faker: Still, I think we’re a bit better than we were in Round 1, but I also think there are still a lot of areas where we’re lacking. My goal is to continue improving all the way until playoffs.
How do you feel about being selected for the Asian Games national team?
Faker: I’m very grateful to have been selected again as a national representative for the Asian Games. It’s a huge honor, and since we’ll be representing Korea as the national team, I want to prepare as hard as possible.
Since I’ve had a long career, I think I’ve been fortunate enough to receive the honor of participating three times, and because of that I feel an even greater sense of responsibility going into the competition.
What tier/rating do you think Lee Sin is in?
Tom: Lee Sin received a lot of buffs, especially to his W, and also to his ultimate, so I think his tier is definitely higher than before.
But I don’t think he’s strong enough to just pick regardless of team composition in every Game 1 draft. I’d say he’s more of a champion that can immediately appear once the true S-tier champions are removed.
What are your expectations/predictions for the Round 2 standings?
Tom: We’ll continue improving our gameplay, and also work on organizing tier lists and those kinds of things properly. For now, our goal is to finish the regular season as high in the standings as possible, and of course we’ll also prepare well for playoffs.
Any final words?
Tom: We’ll manage our game score differential carefully and try to win all of our remaining matches 2–0 so that we can finish as high in the standings as possible.
Faker: Thank you to all the fans who always support us.
Shot at 2nd place
Since T1 and KT went 2-1 today, does it make any difference? Do we still have a shot at 2nd place in the standings?
How can T1 qualify for MSI?
Hello,
genuine question. What they need to do to qualify, how can they miss out on qualifications.
Thanks in advance.

Oner submitting an appeal for Asian Games?
Can Oner/his agency submit an appeal for the Asian Games roster? Rumors are that Viper is in Korea right now to decide and appeal for it and I think there are around 10 days to appeal to Kespa. I feel like Oner (and Kiin) really got snubbed hard and it would be great if he could be on the roster, especially with team China looking incredibly scary.
A T1 fan on twitter is collecting messages to send support to Oner
Intherain on twitter is collecting messages from fans via DM or replies to this post. Messages in English are welcome as they'll translate to KR. If ur interested and have a minute to spare, I'm sure even a "화이팅" would be appreciated.
Nothing to do but accept the results (and genuine congrats to Faker and Keria), but if there's this much disappointment from fans I can't imagine how Oner must feel. I'm usually a lurker in forums but idk I guess I'm just particularly miffed cuz I genuinely don't know what more he could've done as a player to be chosen. Wishing T1 the best for the rest of the year.
The deadline is May 22 and Twitter OP will either give the messages to Oner at the May 24 FM or send to T1 HQ. Thanks to anyone who participates!
Edit: happy to help anyone who doesn't have a twitter. Will reply to confirm ur msg has been passed along.
Since Oner isn’t part of the Asian games team, does that mean he has lost his chance to be exempted from military service?
Wouldn’t it be more fair to include previous players who haven’t been exempted from winning in Asian games before?

International tournaments such as MSI, FST, and EWC were not included.
For the 2026 regional leagues, only rounds that could be reviewed before the roster submission deadline were considered.

Champion pool size, Damage percentage (DMG%), Damage per minute (DPM) , Damage per gold (DPG) , Gold difference per minute (GDPM), 14-minute CS difference (14CSD), 14-minute damage per gold (14DPG), Team gold share, Team damage share, Vision score
As well as role-specific metrics:
Jungle
- First blood participation rate
- Time spent invading the enemy jungle

[Article] Rationale for Asian Games roster selection
Source: https://v.daum.net/v/FHNMemCETi
Faker: “Proven capabilities from Worlds 3-peat, abundance of experience in international tournaments, and believed to be able to add tremendous value from this experience as LPL players are seen as strongest contenders.”
Zeus: “Second time representing ROK, believed to be the most capable of countering Bin who will be the likely representative in the top line for China” - (Article was later edited to remove the Bin reference probably because it’s a bit disrespectful given the Chinese lineup hasn’t been announced yet.)
Keria: “Chosen with no disagreements and absolute acknowledgment of his qualifications.”
Canyon, Zeka, Gumayusi: “Chosen after consideration of other candidates’ personal commitments and intense deliberation by the committee.”
Other sources have mentioned injury for Chovy and ongoing military community service commitments for Kanavi and Ruler as reasons these 3 are not part of the lineup. (Zeus and Keria started their community service 1 year ahead of them).
T1 Themed Wild rift profile
Just wanted to share my T1 Themed WR profile. Best part is it was all free which is rare for RIOT to do lmao.
