I just saw an older post on here about IPV6 and it had a link to test IPV6 connectivity (https://test-ipv6.com), which gave a result of 0/10. I checked the console internet settings (Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Fiber) for IPV6, and it was disabled. Turned IPV6 on and set the prefix delegation size to /56, and now I’m getting 10/10.
Is it really this easy or is there going to be a catch somewhere?
I know there is a heatsink on it, so I’m not surprised it is getting hot, but I have a 1200 that’s spinning super fast (+20 or something crazy) so I’m fearing the AN6675 is failing.
Scoping for issues at each pin, and it’s not crazy off from what the service manual shows. Anything else to check when the platter is erratic and/or playing entirely too fast?
I glued a short nipple into the 3” portion of the adapter plate that came with this condensation bypass, but have not glued the outer portion in place, the 4” wide part.
Does that all need to be glued into place, or can it just be dry fit? What about a bead of silicon caulk, more for keeping moisture from going in?
