Hey y'all. I'm very much so looking forward to starting up this laser service! Looking into starting a local business focused around laser engraving. Have customers interested in serializing metal parts for manufacturing, along with custom engraving tools from machinists working at the local machine shops.
I know I'll need a fiber laser, but my budget is about $4000-$4500 for the laser and $500 for a fumigation system (flexible to $1000 if absolutely necessary).
I've done a good bit of research and i just can't decide at this point, so I'm asking for your help! I'm looking particularly at the Haotian JPT Fiber Laser Engraver currently leading the race. Omtech is nice, monport is cool. Xtool? WeCreat?
