I (M23) was accepted as a full-time agent for Ayala Land Premier.

Though I was given the choice of working in the Tiamlai, I wanted to see how the corporate world works in real time rather than taking the easy way of nepotism.

I was able to garner some leads through visiting hardwares and binondo in general. The difference I saw that most of the taokes would be very upfront and direct that they aren't interested when you talk in English or Tagalog. Until I started to speak Hokkien or Mandarin, they became more warmer and closer but it wasn't enough to get them as a lead.

My question is for the current Fil-Chi agents or brokers in real estate is how do you do it and gain more trust with them?

I (22M), is graduating this july. Over the 4 years na naranasan ko sa college, I taught myself how to survive and get good grades to impress and basically do it for myself.

Usually nagbabayad ng kolehiyo ko is outer pamilya ko because they can. However, I can't really seem to find a good enough reason na iinvite sila. Binigyan nila ako ng madaming trauma, sermons, gaslightings when it comes to pera and pagfund ng kolehiyo ko.

Usually sasabihin nila na "babayaran mo to pag may trabaho ka na, lahat ng utang mo ay pamilya mo". Main family ko naman are baon sa utang whereas kailangan ko rin bayaran utang ng magulang ko. In which I don't want to invite because isa rin sila sa rason bakit ako na baon sa utang na kailangan ko bayaran pagkagraduate ko na.

Iniisip ko talaga kung sa graduation rites na ako nalang magisa pumunta kasi ako rin nag fully pay nun with my own money. However, nakakalungkot lang talaga na makikita ko mga kaklase ko na gragraduate kasama pamilya nila habang ako pinili yung decision na mag graduate nalang mag isa.

I did get asked ilang beses by extended family members kelan graduation ko pero minsan di ko nalang sinasabi kasi baka mamigay pa sila ng utang pag sinabihan ko.

ABYG pag di ko ininvite kahit sino?
