AIRE 2 relialability

Hi,

sorry for spamming, but if you have done the classic breath test and aire 2 test at the same time, were the values the same/nearly the same? How reliable is that device? Thanks!

What to take for methane when Neomycin and Metro are not an option?

Hi,

any ideas of what are the options for IMO, when neomycin is not available in my country, I cannot take metronidazole (severe neuro side effects in the past), and elemental diet isnt available here either? What helped you that did not contain one of these options?

Thanks

Uncurable SIBO

Hello,

I am asking for an advice, I am getting desperate. I simply cannot get rid of SIBO. I already had rifaximin 3 times, (a few days stopped because of what I thought were side effects, two weeks, two weeeks) separated by a few weeks each time around. I dont think I had methane initially, but after the second time I had massive help, had it nearly flat, but then I took one dose of adp oregano oil and a week later I am bloating massively again. I had my last rifaximin two weeks ago. I again felt better, but likely because of methane now, I did not get as good relief as the second time around, and I did a lactulsoe test on AIRE 2 device, and I am positive for both methane and hydrogen.

Has anyone of you had a similar issue and what helped? Did any antibiotic used for lyme and bartonella help you with SIBO as well?

I am desperate, because I need to start taking antibiotics for lyme ASAP because of my declining vision and the eyes getting more painful.

*Incurable

Coligenta for SIBO?

Hi,

Did anyone of you try coligenta, a magistra liter prepared mix of Coniston and gentamicin, for SIBO? There is some French study that used it successfully.

Hi,

I have been measuring my gasses with an AIRE 2 device. If my fermenation levels start going up cca 3 hours post meal, is that still in the SI, or is that already colon? A normal meal, not lactulose or glucose breath test.

Thanks

Hi,

for some reason nobody ever answers this question no matter where I post it, does anyone know which pharmacies in Europe compound methylene blue? (on a prescription)

I know there are websitees that sell it, but I have heard that one should get it compounded, so that it is surely pharma grade and does not contain heavy metal contaminants.

Thank you for your answers.

Hi, has anyone had really bad reactive like tendon pain from tick borne infections? What helped you? Was it directly because of lyme or bartonella or was it autoimmune?
