so i got my first pair of western boots and ive been breaking them in and stretching mostly the upper shaft to fit my calves better because its tighter up top and in turn bunches up the ankle area.

i noticed that the heel on one boot(first photo) is creasing like crazy?? pretty sturdy heel area so no clue what i did to get it like that. what can i do, if anything?

i also am gonna be buying conditioner before doing any more stretching :p
