PERN stack reliable for job security

Is the PERN stack reliable enough to ensure current and future job security, or should I consider adding another programming language or framework to strengthen prospects?

Pseudocode

I am in the Foundations Section for Problem Solving. Is pseudocode really important in professional work and for creating projects in general? If pseudocode is important, at what step should I write it, and is it strictly required for future TOP projects?

Is It Worth Learning a Programming Language If I Don't Plan to Use It?

My university teaches Java, Spring Boot, and Java for mobile development, so I decided to buy three related courses.

I have already completed the Java introductory course, I am currently 60% through the Spring Boot course, and I have finished about 20% of the mobile development course. I plan to complete all three courses, mainly because I already spent money on them and feel that it would be a waste to leave them unfinished.

Would it still be worthwhile to finish these Java-related courses, even if I do not plan to pursue Java development as a career? Or would it be better to switch my focus to JavaScript or Python after completing the courses?
