Hey all. First time posting. I hope I’m not breaking any rules.

This is item I found in a small thrift shop in France. It kind of spoke to me lol.

It’s an award that was presented to Laurence Welk.

The Theodore Roosevelt Rough Rider Award. Given by William L. Guy gouverner of North Dakota in 1963.

Anyone have an idea if I should grab him or not? It’s selling for 25€.
