Woodfloors

My sisters and I ripped up the carpet in our dining room to put LVP over it to protect it from 5 dogs (3 big, 2 small). We recently discovered the shoemolding on the base of the built-in cabinet is neigh impossible to remove and is to the wood floor so putting LVP up against it is a very different challege then what I was expecting.

So going out on a limb, what type of wood floor is this and if I were to paint the wood would it; 1) protect the wood from dog pee soaking into it and 2) be able to be sanded to properly refinish the floor in the future?

Note: We cannot vacate the house for however long it'll take to refinish the floors, don't have the time or money. The house is small and the dining room connects the bedrooms/bathroom to the kitchen. Going through the dining room is the ONLY way to the bedrooms and bathroom. We also have 5 dogs so leaving is very difficult.

Planning Trip: Check-In & Galaxy's Edge

I'm planning a week long trip for 2028 with the location possibly being Disney World. If we check in at 6pm at Yacht Club on a Saturday would it be possible to get Rise of The Resistance, Millennium Falcon, and Savi's Workshop handled before Hollywood Studios closes?

If not, how soon would we need to check-in to get Galaxy's Edge tackled? My sister loves Star Wars and I would like to make the first hours at Disney World good for her.

My bathtub is from the 1930s and is 63.5" long from wall to wall. I need to replace the current surround pieces and waterproof properly before putting new ones up. My shower is leaking somewhere and I'm tired of rechaulking it.

Can anyone help me find surround sets that have a long middle piece?

I've already searched and I can't find anything. Maybe someone else will have better luck?
