Disc herniation
Hi I’m turning 18 in 2 days. Severe back pain on and off. Just wanted to check what treatments to go through as I would like not to go through surgery. My mri is attached. Recently my pan has started to go through my right heel/foot , hard to put weight on it. What can the causes be? I was hit by car while crossing road seven years ago if that has anything to do with it. Thank you
