A question about Special Style UI

Hi all, I have a noob question. I have all the settings for Special Style disabled in display settings.

But I've noticed that sometimes in my adventures in ranked online (Brawler tier at the moment) during an opponent's Rage Art their Special Style UI will briefly appear for a second. So I was wondering:

a) is it just a graphical bug? I do have it disabled after all. (I'm on PC)
b) a taunt? I've read about such behaviour, though it appearing for one second in a RA doesn't really make sense. Unless it's some obscure exploit that can bypass my setting lol.
c) they're legit bringing it up midgame because they're panicking and need help? (but I have the setting disabled, so back to it being a bug again)

Anyway, I hate Eddys. That's the real point of this message.

Matt Damon deserves the Oscar

Matt doesn't just deserve an Oscar win because of his contribution to cinema over the years, but because I think he genuinely gives an Oscar worthy performance. I feel like people historically underestimate him. Their praise is always with a sentiment of "he did a good job" as if he's a journeyman performer.

This is a 3 hour epic. When making a movie like this you need an actor who can hold your attention and make you go on a journey with them, feeling utterly invested in their fate. The movie works because of Matt. If it starred Orlando Bloom it would have been a disaster, as the black hole that is Orlando would have sucked the life out of every scene (like he does in Kingdom of Heaven)

Matt gives a complete performance, showing us every facet of Odysseus, from moments of heroism, humour and cynicism. You believe why men would have followed him into battle (making their erosion of faith in him throughout the movie all the more tragic)

But it's all the small moments that add up for me too. Take the moment in the cave when they're about to kill the Cyclops but realise if they do that they'd be trapped in there. You can literally see the cogs working in Matt's face just before he tells Eurylochus to stop. Any other actor might have gone from "intent stare" straight to "panic", but with Matt you can see his face go through the calculation and realisation in a second, and it's just beautiful to see how immersed and committed he is in the role.

The guy is amazingly expressive, he has total command of the camera. He also has a great narrator's voice, which is a skill in itself. His bleak narration during the sack of Troy is half of what make that sequence so effective.

Matt Damon reminds me of actors like Hugh Jackman and Tom Cruise, guys who always give 100% even if they end up in a mediocre or shit movie. They will always give their best and never phone it in.

He deserves a nomination for Odyssey at the very least. But I really hope he wins it.
