Keeping my bike safe outside in south east London

I have just moved into a small flat with a parking space, and I cycle to work (hence how I could afford a deposit, sorry tfl). If I get permission from the freeholder, is it a good idea to build a weighted bike box or shed on my parking space? I know it can't be permanent as I only have a leasehold, so I can't do any structural damage like drill in a bike rack...

Any recommendations for a safe way to store my bike without my lugging it into my hallway every day?

Recommendations welcome!

Does anyone know how to approach fixing these floorboards?

Two separate issues, any advice welcome! I've just bought the place so wonder how best to approach - one floorboards appears to have been shaved off, and the other just seems to be poorly fitted as there are random gaps. Surely this doesn't require a full redo?
