Any idea what is causing this leak from water tank bolt?

I noticed damp marking tracking from one of the bolts holding the water tank. When i look at the bolt it seems the installer scratched the outer tank surface with the bolt. Also i have not detected any strange behaviour of the boiler it seems to work fine. Thanks

Is there enough space around this warm radiator pipe?

Currently about 2mm space on the left hand edge of the left pipe. Is this enough expanison gap? Also is this correct cut out method?

Why is there a gap in between concrete subfloor and wall?

There is a gap filled with what i think is brown insulation between the subfloor and the wall of my 1960s amsterdam flat. Is this normal? Screwdriver has sunk about 50mm in before it hits something that feels like concrete.

How to fix edges behind boards and also holes in concrete?

I am about to lay new laminate floor but dont know if i should fix these holes in the plaster board behind the skirting boards? Also there are some deep holes where the wall meets the floor into the concrete wall, what should i fill these with? Id like to block insects/animals trying to get in.

I am trying to remove the existing laminate as shown in the pictures but the kitchen was installed on top of the floor so i cant get it out. Also the new floor i need to install will be 10mm higher than it currently is. How best to remove it?

How to install the new laminate? Do i make an edge at the kick board and then add a trim to cover it?

Thanks!
