Does this look like a katsura for you?

I just bought this one which labeled as Katsura but my other Katsura doesn't have red stems like this. I thought only sango kaku has red stems.

£10 katsura

I just bought this katsura from the local DIY store for just £10 because I think it is a good deal. Acer this high usually cost >£30 online in the UK. Can I grow it in a sunny spot(south east facing, London) if I water it frequently and cover the ground with mulch?
