Camping in Southern Norway in November

I’m looking for some advice. I live in the Netherlands and I’m considering driving to Norway on my own in November. I’m planning to spend around 14 days travelling around Norway, and I was thinking of fitting a rooftop tent to my car so I can wild camp along the way.
I’ll take the Hirtshals–Kristiansand ferry and I don’t plan to travel much further north than the Bergen region. I mainly want to explore the fjords between Bergen and Stavanger, so I’ll stay relatively close to the coast.

What are the weather conditions usually like in November? Is travelling with a rooftop tent realistic at that time of year, especially with proper insulation?
What should I take into account, and what would you recommend?

I drive a Seat Leon 1.5 e-HYBRID hatchback with premium all-season tyres. I know I’ll have less grip and performance compared to proper winter tyres, but I do have snow chains in case of heavy snowfall.

Any advice, experiences or things I should be aware of would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Since I’m mainly getting comments about my all-season tires, I’ll replace them with good, new winter tires. As for the rest of the plan, do you have any tips? Or would you recommend against going to Norway in November altogether?
