Hi everyone,
I bought a new inflatable SUP about a week ago and used it for the first time yesterday.
At first, when I inflated it, I noticed small air bubbles forming near the valve area (so it seems to be leaking slightly).
Then today, when I opened/unpacked it again, I noticed a new orange/brown stain around the valve that wasn’t there before (it looks a bit like rust).
I haven’t used it in the water yet because I’m worried water might get inside.
So my questions:
Could this just be a valve issue (not tightened properly), or is it a defect?
Is it normal for a brand new board to develop this kind of stain overnight?
Should I return it immediately?
