
YSK: Bed-time routine involving the loo can really help deep(er) sleep
Why YSK: Not enough of us sleep deeply with good quality sleep, which I think is in part because of when we eat and how our bodies might still be digesting food when we're going to bed.
I think we should each have shituals (shit & ritual) which promotes excrement prior sleeping, to get to sleep faster and more deeply. Apparently having all your main meals within a 10-12hr span can help with this.
