Is there a rampage mod to loot bodies faster? I have a large bounty on my head and it could really save me time.

Did I Somehow Miss "No Good Deed"?
Getting close to the end of chapter 3. Kinda cruised through it after spending a lot of time in chapter 2. I just completed "Blessed Are the Peacemakers", but the stranger mission "No Good Deed" still has not appeared for me.
Has anyone else had this happen? Is there a specific trigger I'm missing, or can the mission be missed entirely?

Rampage Item Spawn Error
Hello! I recently installed the Rampage mod and thought I would try to spawn in two items I accidentally sold early, Quartz Chuck and Native American Ring.
I found where to type the "code" out and entered quantity 1 and manage to get both. However, after saving and loading, they disappeared, and when trying the same steps to respawn them, this time I get a message telling me something along the lines of "Error, failed to add item".
Any idea if I can get these items using the Rampage Trainer?

Unfortunately, I imagine there will be more that I miss, but I figured I could fill you in so far. Maybe this will help some as I have relied pretty heavily on the internet and still missed these.
- Missed Micah's Gun in Chapter 1
- Both letters from the train when robbing it in Chapter 1
- I Sold my Chunk of Quarts so I no longer can buy the Bear Claw Talismans
- I sold the Native American Ring I got from a stranger
- Missed Hosea's Gun in Chapter 2 right after Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego
- Bucket Hat from the Appleseed Timber Company before they left ( Although, I may need to explore more because I have seen some get this as John?)
Completed Paying a Social Call in Chapter 2 (14% Story), and I am sitting at 46% total completion. I am trying to complete as much as Arthur.
