Our 25th wedding anniversary will be in Rome this year on September 1, as it was the start of our honeymoon.

Our wedding rings were stolen sometime ago but as an anniversary gift we thought it might be romantic to buy new ones on our anniversary in Rome. We’re not into anything too fancy, just 24K gold bands - possibly with an engraving inside since we’ll be there for a few days?

I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations of reputable jewelers or if there is, as in many big cities, a jewelry district we should try?

I love a simple ballet flat- or a Keds-sneaker-looking lightweight summer shoe BUT at my age I really need the arch support. I HATE the giant soles of the HOKA & the huge trademarked shoes.

Traveling this summer to Chicago, Martha’s Vineyard & Italy. What comfortable but pretty shoes do you love to bring on trips?

PETITE (5ft nada), newly slender (121 lbs), 68 year old retired professional woman seeks appropriate but attractive summer dresses for upcoming funeral, wedding and summer trips to Tuscany & Michigan.

I lost a TON of weight & have no idea where to shop for clothes. So much of what I’ve seen is just too young, too flimsy, too revealing and/or too trendy. I’m attracted to well-tailored, lined, elegant styles but not particularly a fan of pastels and polka dots. To make matters worse - Classic “resort wear” gives me the heeby-jeebies.

Any suggestions?
