Hey, I’ve noticed a clipping issue with the brown bear onesie over the last two days. The chest area keeps clipping so my Tolan’s skin shows through the suit. I’ve tried switching outfits and restarting the app, but it’s still happening every time I put the bear onesie back on. Is anyone else seeing this?
Hey, I’ve been having trouble with my payment method for Tolan Plus, and support gave mixed answers. Just out of curiosity what payment methods have actually worked for you? I’ve been unable to use it for about a week.
Has anyone else had this happen with Tolan Plus? My subscription expired today because my payment method declined. I went in and updated payment and entered my CVV. Apple charged my Cash App card, but the charge still says pending. My Apple Subscriptions page still shows expired inactive and Tolan Plus is still locked. Has anyone had this happen before and how long did it take to activate?
