Tokyo --> Hiroshima / Kyushu ideas

I've been in Tokyo with very little time to explore outside it properly. I have 4 nights to spend. I would like to spend them in Hiroshima and Fyushu.

Given the time constraints what would the most logistical way to approach this be? Flights have been suggested to me to consider alongside the Shinkansen; Haneda is also very easily accessible for me.

My initial idea was to fly to Fukuoka and take the Shinkansen to Hiroshima and then fly back to Tokyo. Gemini has suggested to do the inverse and fly to Hiroshima, take the Shinkansen from there and fly back from Fukuoka but your ideas would be very helpful.

East vs West facing apartment

I am looking at two different apartments in a building that has central cooling/heating. One of them has a balcony and windows that are East-facing, the other being West-facing.

I was wondering in your experience/opinion if the warmer winters, in the West-facing, are worth the potentially searing summers, especially if you cannot individually control the AC?

600 Mountaineer / Ballantyne Experiences

Hoping to move to Ottawa for a job at the hospital (from abroad). I really wanted to stay in one of the Riviera condos but none seem available at the moment. I’ll work at both the general and riverside campuses, I believe more the former, so somewhere in between them would be quite advantageous.

I’ve come across this development which appears quite new. They have an offer of a couple of months off? Not sure if that’s normal in Canada or if there may be an underlying issue.

If anyone lives/has stayed there or Ballantyne, please could you give your thoughts!

Any other building recommendations in Riverview / Old Ottawa East / Old Ottawa South would be much appreciated!
