


Email titled "The Pair You Checked Out? They're Cheaper Now" turned out to not be cheaper
As I'm sure you can tell, I got this email about a week ago, normally check it often cuz I'm in need of some new headphones. (The ones a friend offered worked fine but now I'm having mic issues after a few months and I already dropped $100 on them)
Usually promotions have a sort of timeframe towards the bottom, but there was none like that, so you'd figure if its within a week it should be good yeah?
However, still reflected the full price, even after I logged in to my Soundlab account. Have desperately tried reaching Support only to get nowhere with their AI bot, and frankly am kinda upset that this felt like a bait and switch.
Has anyone else gotten these emails and have you dealt with the same thing? Is there a way to forward to Skullcandy to make them aware of what is being sent out?
