Does that count as mini-Lego?

I was taking another look at the Eurofighter on the Cobi website for a project, and I noticed there’s a new version with improved weaponry. Has that been around for a while, or is it new?

I know that the F-15EX didn't exist at that time, but unfortunately, I don't have an F-15C. However, I hope that the future holds one in store for us.
