I got a handful of scratches on a staub ceramic pie plate after freezing a pie in it that stuck, is it still safe to use.

I am able to feel a slight groove on the scratches when I run my nail over them.

EDIT: it was an ice cream pie that had metal utensils used to cut/pry up some pieces
