It escapes me why they would make this machine with all these bells and whistles and not provide one simple, necessary feature: allow the user to hold down the extraction button to customize their extraction time for a double/single etc.

I called Ninja and they confirmed there is absolutely no way to change the extraction time from the built in system other than changing strength, which does not change dramatically at all.

I would rather have a $100 machine that allows me to customize the extraction strength.

Anyways, I thought I'd share. Ninja support was quite good, and i quite like their products in general. But this is a very stupid oversight on their part.

I am desperately in need of help. Here's what we have:

1. PC has latest version of Rekordbox.

2. PC has playlists/songs in Rekordbox

3. PC is connected to RX3 via USB

4. PC recognizes RX3 in devices

5. ASIO in Rekordbox is set to RX3

6. RX3 shows "Software Control"

7. RX3 does not list any songs or playlists when looking on the right of sources

8. When software control is selected, 1 and 2 blink to be assigned software control - these are clicked

9. Top of RX3 says MIDI and there are no songs or playlists listed.

10. Rekordbox on PC is in EXPORT mode and the link is activated.

Notes:

1. Have tried performance mode - same issue.

2. Have tried older rekordbox versions

3. Firmware on RX3 is latest as well.

Does anyone have any idea why the playlists/songs are not showing up on the RX3?
