Game crash after killing 1st D.D.O Officer in tutorial train level

Happens every time, tried:
- Reinstalling
- Verifying game files
- killing him with and without finisher

Also crashes if i try to load the game

If someone can provide me a fresh save starting from Chapter 1 would be great, could only find a maxed out save and it still crashes there. Thank you
