Seriously, something has to be done to revamp this program.

I try to be as patient as possible and understand that the caseworkers are probably being bombarded and yelled at all the time, but I can never get ahold of anybody.

Nobody returns calls or answers emails. What's the solution? Do I have to send a telegram?

Maybe I'll physically walk down to the office. I have great difficulty walking, so I should get there by next Tuesday.

Somebody please fix this program.
