The Helix Nebula 🌃😎💖

The Helix Nebula 🌃😎💖

The Helix Nebula is one of the most famous planetary nebulae in the night sky. Located in the constellation Aquarius, it is one of the closest planetary nebulae to Earth.

It resembles a giant eye because of its circular shape, surrounded by expanding shells of gas containing ionized hydrogen, helium, and oxygen. The ionized oxygen gives the nebula its distinctive blue color in images.

The Helix Nebula is approximately 650 light-years away from Earth.

A collection of what I’ve captured with the DWARF 3. 🌌🔭

Honestly, I really love this telescope. ❤️

Even though I have other, more powerful astrophotography equipment, I always find myself coming back to the DWARF 3.

There’s something special about using it — it’s simple, capable, and incredibly enjoyable. It always inspires me to go out and capture the beauty of the night sky.

Here are some of my favorite images I’ve captured with the DWARF 3. ✨

Sadr Region & the Crescent Nebula

I’d love to share with you the most beautiful thing I’ve captured so far 😎🔥

🌌 Sadr Region & the Crescent Nebula 🔥

At the heart of the Cygnus constellation, lies one of the most beautiful nebular regions in our galaxy, known as the Sadr Region (IC 1318).

The region is filled with enormous clouds of gas and dust, glowing under the influence of nearby young stars, while dark clouds create stunning shapes and intricate structures across this cosmic landscape.

✨ At the center of the region shines Sadr (Gamma Cygni), one of the brightest stars in the Cygnus constellation.

🔭 This is an incredible region for astrophotography, especially when using Duo-Band filters, which help reveal the intricate details of ionized hydrogen and oxygen.

The Iris Nebula — A Blue Flower Deep in Space 💙✨

The latest object I photographed — and one of the most challenging nebulae I’ve ever captured because it’s incredibly faint. It took me 20 hours of imaging to bring out these details. 🌃

🌌 The Iris Nebula — A Blue Flower Deep in Space 💙✨

In the darkness of space lies a breathtaking cosmic masterpiece that looks like a giant flower blooming among the stars… the Iris Nebula (NGC 7023).

Located approximately 1,300 light-years away, in the direction of the constellation Cepheus, the Iris Nebula is one of the most famous reflection nebulae in the night sky. 💫

Its distinctive blue color does not come from glowing gas. Instead, it is produced by starlight from the central star reflecting and scattering off the surrounding cosmic dust, creating this mesmerizing blue appearance. 🔵

And perhaps the most fascinating part is that the dark regions surrounding the nebula are not empty space… they are dense clouds of interstellar dust that block the background light and reveal the complex structure of the surrounding molecular cloud.

SN 2026aaiv — a supernova explosion that appeared inside the spiral galaxy NGC 7331 (Caldwell 30). 🌌💥

What’s amazing is that the light captured by my camera began its journey about 46 million years ago before finally reaching Earth. 😅🌠

NGC 7331, a beautiful spiral galaxy💫

In this image, we can see NGC 7331, a beautiful spiral galaxy located about 45 million light-years away.

Nearby is Stephan’s Quintet, a famous group of galaxies interacting gravitationally.

The interactions between these galaxies create distortions, streams of gas and dust, and trigger new star formation.

Although the group appears very small in the image, it lies at enormous distances from us and contains entire galactic worlds.

One of the most fascinating aspects of this region is that it brings together a relatively nearby galaxy and a much more distant galaxy group in a single frame. 🌌✨

📸 Total integration time: 5 hours.

🔭 Telescope: DWARF 3.

🌌 Filter: Astro Filter.

⏱️ Sub-exposure: 60 seconds per frame.

🧩 Gain: 60.

📚 The images were stacked using Mega Stack .

🖥️ Processing was then done in Siril to extract details and enhance the image.

🎨 Final adjustments and color balancing were completed in Adobe Photoshop.

🌠 Another attempt to showcase the capabilities of the DWARF 3 in deep-sky astrophotography despite its compact size.

the Elephant’s Trunk Nebula

🔥🔥💖 Pay close attention and read this carefully so you can understand the story behind this image!

This image captures the Elephant’s Trunk Nebula, scientifically known as IC 1396A. It is a dense region of cosmic gas and dust located within a larger star cluster known as IC 1396, in the constellation Cepheus, approximately 2,400 to 3,000 light-years away from Earth.

I spent almost four days photographing it, capturing several hours each day until the total integration time reached 16 hours! 😎🌌

After stacking all the images, I started working on the final result—and honestly, it was quite challenging for me. This region is incredibly rich in nebulae and cosmic dust, so processing it required a lot of time and patience.

I literally worked continuously from 1 PM until 4 PM just trying to achieve the best possible result.

Can you imagine? 16 hours of capturing data, followed by around 4 more hours of processing just for this one image. 🥹💚

But honestly, when I look at the final result, all that effort completely disappears. The result makes me forget every moment of exhaustion.

I am truly, truly amazed by this image, and I genuinely feel that I created something beautiful—so I wanted to share it with all of you. 💖🌌

the Andromeda Galaxy (M31)🌃

Yesterday, I had the chance to head out into the desert, where the sky was surprisingly clear despite the very low Bortle level—around Bortle 2. 🌌✨

With only 1.5 hours of exposure, I managed to capture this beautiful view of the Andromeda Galaxy (M31), and honestly, I was amazed by the result! 🤩

What makes it even more surprising is that I didn’t take any dark frames for this image.
