The king of my civilization moved in my fortress, so I made a quite expensive throne room (total value around 65000 - I verified by making it a guildhall temporarily to check the value), but it's still considered an Opulent throne room in the nobles and administrators menu (and the king doesn't like it, the queen does, at least).

I thought the threshold for Royal Throne Room was 10000, so I waited for a long time thinking the bookkeeper would estimate it correctly, but it's not updating.

The bookkeeper has an office and I didn't notice any other record keeping issues.

Am I missing something?
