Do my plants have light stress or bud rot? And what’s this white stuff?

I think I may have stressed/burned some of the plants because the light was too close.
Do you see any signs of bud rot? Should I harvest already? And does anyone know what the white stuff on the soil is? Should I be worried about the mushroom? I use a 60x60x180 grow tend and 60W light. First grow :)
Any advice would be appreciated!

Does my plant have light stress or bud rot? And what’s this white stuff???

Some things in my grow tent don’t look quite right to me.
I think I may have stressed/burned some of the plants because the light was too close. Does this look like light stress?
Also, do you see any signs of bud rot? Should I harvest? And does anyone know what the white stuff on the soil is? There’s also a tiny mushroom growing should I remove it? First grow btw.
Any advice would be appreciated
