I was looking for homes in Leander and I came through 2-3 communities which are built by Toll Brothers. I see starting price for 2600 sq ft home is $890K before any options cost. If you include options it goes till $1M.
I know Toll Brothers is premium builder but what are the points which justify this high price ?
The similar 2600 sq ft houses which are older (5-10 years) sold in $600k range around this Toll Brother community. so two similar size homes, one is 5-10 year old in $600k vs new Toll Brothers home in $1M. It does not make sense.
We are 45M and 43F and bought this home 10 years ago. Current net worth $2.6M and our combined 401k is $1.2M.

PEACE OF MIND.
Note: Lot of people are saying I could have invested, yes but I am millennial who have witnessed 2009 crash and it was horrible as heck. People were struggling to save roof over their head. Market was 40% down so cannot take money from portfolio. Some declared personal bankruptcy. There were no jobs in the market (It was 10 times worst than current downturn) so many were doing gigwork to feed their family. I have certain risk tolerance but I cannot afford to lose roof over my head ever. Thanks for commenting on this post.

My previous companies were having HSA option and I contributed max and kept investing. Now it has grown to $100K.
My current company don't have option for HSA which I felt it is bad initially but since the market going higher and so is my HSA account, I feel it is over allocated now.
My question is, in the future, can we pay health insurance premium through HSA ? I am trying to find way how can I use it before 65
