No tracking updates, no responses to emails or Instagram DMs. I know there are 1000 instances of the same thing happening. Has anyone had any luck?

Got the XT30 iii two weeks ago. Prior to the switch, I primarily used a Sony a6100. I’m blown away by how much quality is packed into such a small form factor. Film sim dial is cool, low light performance is halfway decent, and the overall experience is super smooth. My only complaint so far is the connectivity (or lack of) in the mobile app.
After a few years experimenting with my Sony camera (a6100), I made the jump to Fujifilm. I’m loving the film sims and it really feels like I can get what my minds eye sees without a ton of Lightroom work.
Most importantly, I’m inspired to go out and shoot more. Loving the Fuji experience so far!
