Unable to put slide on
After removing barrel and recoil spring to clean, I’m unable to put back together. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Any ideas on how to fix?
I have a Hopkins and Allen Forehand model 1901 in I believe 32 s&w. I just recently picked it up for cheap and I was wondering on some tips to restore it and get her lookin purty. I also have run into an issue with the trigger where when I bring the hammer back for single action, pulling the trigger does not release the hammer. Any ideas?
