I play the Death Guard. I can choose two buildings that become Dangerous Terrains. The DG rule says: “Each time a model Garrisons or leaves a Structure designated as Dangerous terrain, it counts as having moved 1" through it.”

So, what happens during the deployment phase if my opponent garrisons a detachment in a Dangerous Terrain? Does he have to make a Save test?
