SS/BS Fuck Clone
I was able to take some time this past weekend to knock out another build. I had my mind set on a Fuck Overdrive for a while now. Pics are during transistor selection. I gotta say, this thing rips. It was such a fun build.

Hi 👋
I just finished this earlier today. 8823 is based on a circuit I stumbled upon a few years ago. The original circuit was built around an interesting transistor configuration with a match PNP-NPN pair. It resulted in gradual and almost vacuum tube like clipping. After repeatedly coming back to this circuit over the years, I found I liked 3 pairs instead of 1. More is better, right? Ha.
Here’s a link to a quick sound clip.

Felt cute over the holiday weekend and decided to make myself a less than but plenty capable lightspeed clone with a hodgepodge of parts I had. I forgot how much I struggle with stripboard.
Just curious. How do you incorporate these practices into your benches/desks and workflow?
I often see a lot of clutter here and in my profession. I know it’s not for everyone, but I was wondering and felt like asking!
Here’s a fun and quick build I finished up for myself last night. It’s a potent little pairing I’ve had on my board forever and I’m sad to see both effects discontinued. I added the ability to switch between Si and Ge clipping and also an Input/Output cap mod switch to get some bass frequencies back. I’m no archer but I do enjoy shooting arrows into speakers on occasion.
Hi! I’m Aliff. I shared a predecessor to this circuit before on r/diypedals a while ago, but I wanted to share the refined pedal here amongst my fellow fuzz fiends (ha, alliteration). 6833 is my reimagining of a vintage Muff Fuzz that is more suited for modern styles with a few extra QOL tweaks. “Pre” adjust the input signal gain. “Fuzz” is fuzz (no tricks here). “Depth” adjusts the low-pass filter so this sounds great with lower tunings and bass. 6833 can also get brown, should the need arise…
