Need Guidance on Hiring/Referal if any.
Hi mates. I’ve around 6-7 years of experience into middle office and trade settlements. I keep applying to these daily openings on their site and most of the times the roles are exactly my fit but there’s no progress at all.
Similar with these IBs. I’m trying to understand what exactly is required here ?
Is Top MBAs and CFAs mandatory to get the interest of the HR to even consider you for a role ?
