General Practice - Mokum Games - a silly co-op about doctors (play demo on Steam!)
Hi, everyone!
We are a 2-people team from Amsterdam and we just released a 5-level demo for our very first game, General Practice.
If you love co-op games like Overcooked and Moving Out, this might be right up your alley.
What is General Practice?
It's a wacky co-op action-adventure set in a hospital, where deadlines are tight and treatments are questionable, at best. Diagnose and treat patients, master elaborate medical contraptions, scan, mix, zap, inject, shoot, explode... ahem, I mean... contain epidemics. Do no harm by any means necessary!
As you progress through the game, you unlock unique patients and upgrades for your equipment. Early on the diseases you treat are fairly straightforward. The more you play, the more demanding the practice becomes: you will need to diagnose the condition, concoct the treatment and administer it to a sometimes not-so-cooperating patient. Certain conditions can be treated in multiple ways, and it’s up to you and your friends to decide on the best strategy for the moment!
The game supports up to 4 players in mixed co-op (online, local couch co-op, or a mix of both). We also designed it to be accessible: younger or casual players can stick to simpler tasks while seasoned players sweat it out for the high score.
