Even if you don’t lose them, you need to spend a good amount of money defending a dozen districts in a D+10 year if they looked like this not that long ago.
I haven’t seen a single campaign event from her this cycle. She’ll do meetings with a small union group or visit a fire station but I can’t find any real public rallies on her social media pages or online.

The 2nd becomes a bit redder but still Harris +13 so it should be fine. 6 moves left by 1%.
It ended up fairly clean but I tried to get zero deviation in case I want to send this to Maryland lawmakers one day, so some small pieces are a little ugly.
The trick was to incorporate the highest propensity Black parts of Baltimore with the wealthy progressive white areas to get enough inflexible Dems to always win the district, even if the state electorate moves seventeen points to the right. May be overkill.
