Hi, I'm a trans woman who's been on HRT for a little over 2 years, and I was thinking it was probably about time for me to finally start getting myself some bras. I found the calculator a little while ago, and just tried it out, and the result it gave me felt COMPLETELY incorrect... The measurements I did were the following:
Loose Underbust - 129 cm
Snug Underbust - 127 cm
Tight Underbust - 123 cm
Standing Bust - 141 cm
Leaning Bust - 147 cm
Lying Bust - 137 cm
With both "cm measurements" and "assigned male at birth" selected, clicking submit got me a calculated bra size of.... 50DD. Now I may be new to this but I know for the FACT my boobs are way too small to be anywhere NEAR DD cups (one of my friends who's seen 'em says I look closer to a B cup perhaps), and the difference in size between the underbust calculations and bust calculations isn't huge enough to even imply such a size, so I'm wondering how on earth it ended up with that result! If some knowledgeable gal could help me out, that'd be lovely!
Hey, I've been on HRT for a little over two years and I'm thinking it's about time I start wearing a bra. Does anyone know any good trans-friendly places to get fitted for a bra in the city of Hamilton?
By the way, it'll help me to get past some of my anxieties if I know the people at the place won't be too judgemental, hence my specific request for a place that's trans-friendly.
Thanks!
