Resort pass options - Best day resort in Maui

We would like to spend our last day in Maui at a beautiful resort where we can enjoy beautiful tropical pools and great food, maybe a shower to freshen up before our flight.
Please help me narrow it down. Whats the smartest option or best experience you would recommend that gives us freedom to roam the resort as well. Thanks you in advance.

Needs some itinerary help for a short stop.

I would love some help for the first leg of our trip in Waikiki, I will be back for our other island suggestions following this. We are visiting Nov because I really wanted to join a few days of the food and wine fest so please keep that in mind. With that said we are foodies and first time visitors so I would love to do the musts in Oahu and eat what the locals recommend not just social media trends ( unless it’s a true must 😊). This is what we are working with so you can help with my timeline appropriately. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated to make our first visit at 50yrs old worth it! That’s a young 50😂. One note: my husband eats meat but I’m a pescatarian, I could take one for the team if it’s a must have!
My airline ticket purchased from the east coast has us landing Nov 4th 2:20pm, this is out of Texas . I’m assuming that’s HAWAI’I time.
We are renting a car only because we want to hit the north end of the island so I can snorkel with the sharks, would love guidance on this with flights and other plans. I’m also aware of the surf so with that said my husband does not want to wake up at 5am the first morning in and I want a second chance if it needs to be rescheduled.
Second I really want to do the Toa Luau so we can go to the falls but since we are limited to my husbands early am wake-up on day 1 and the food fest dates, we may need to save the Lua location for another island. Thoughts ? I may be sad if missed but I’m sure the big island or Maui with have amazing luau locations as well.

Must do- Pearl Harbor and museums for him
Here we go:
Nov 4 arrival 2:30pm? Should we knock out Pearl Harbor ?
Nov 5 -open
Nov 6th - 6pm fest tickets Waikiki ( would like to be back at hotel for 4 pm rest and get ready. was thinking north end sharks early am, north end musts. Need plans
Nov 7th. - 5pm food fest at college.
Nov 8th - fly out to big island in am.

I know this was a lot of info but I wanted to put it all out there for some true guidance and time restrictions. THANKS for your help. Don’t forget those must hit restaurants from food trucks bakeries to master chefs 🤩

Visiting in Nov, is a Mauna Kea stargazing tour worth buying early ?

The moon phase will be ideal, sad we won’t see the Milky Way but I think it will be worth a trip. We have a rented car but feel we could do better with a tour, what are your thoughts ? Is it worth spending 8 hrs with a tour and booking early or could we take our own time and just drive up to the visitors center. What happens if the weather is poor, it’s November after all. Would we get our money back or feel we just wasted $300 per person? It’s our first time visiting and want to make the most of it but also don’t want to waste 8 hrs of a day on something we could have done ourselves.
