Front porch dilemma
Any thoughts on how this rug would look on my porch? Porch is 48x96 inches. Rug is 32x55 inches.

Disclaimer: I do not have a normal response to Wegovy. I seem to be a super responder who had significant metabolic dysfunction and tons of inflammation that was confirmed by blood tests for many years prior to starting the pill. I have multiple sclerosis and at least one other autoimmune disorder, likely a couple more that are suspected, but not formally diagnosed by my rheumatologist.
As of this morning, I am down 38.2 pounds or 11.9% of my starting body weight. I have not been doing any formal cardio, but I have been markedly more active. I also try to do squats whenever I have a free moment (brushing teeth, waiting for shower to warm up, waiting for the kettle to boil, etc.) My energy isn't quite as high as it was the first two months on 1.5 mg; but I am extremely heat sensitive, so the weather hasn't been doing me any favors and may be the full explanation behind that.
I am still experiencing significant reductions in inflammation and pain, decreased hot flashes, improved mental clarity, and better mood. While I have managed to inadvertently cut out 99% of the smallish amounts of refined sugar I did consume, I have never had much food noise, so I can't speak to that. I'm more of a metabolic dysfunction case than anything.
My blood pressure is down approximately 15 points, both systolic and diastolic. I saw my electrophysiologist (doctor who treats afib - like a cardiologist/electrician) earlier this week, and he said that due to the trajectory I'm currently on, he was hesitant to schedule me for a 3rd afib ablation, and was optimistic that I may not need another one due to weight reduction and increased activity. No other lifestyle changes were suggested for the first time in my adult life!
I have had some really substantial early weight loss, but I'm a bit more worried than delighted. Is anyone else losing much more weight than expected? I'm still on 1.5 mg, and just finished up week 7 with a 6 pound loss for the week. I do have a lot of weight to lose, but primarily started the medication really hoping for anti-inflammatory, thermoregulation and cognitive benefits. I am eating properly and well (my eating habits have never been the issue), plenty of calories, loads of water and tons of protein and fiber. I am experiencing no side effects other than a couple days of minor constipation a couple weeks ago.
My prescription is through Hers since my primary is worthless, but my rheumatologist is monitoring me because we have a very long doctor-patient relationship, and also because he and his PA are clinically very interested in the anti-inflammatory benefits I was realizing as early as the first few weeks.
Disclaimer: I'm not making any recommendations, I am just sharing my own personal experience to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
For context, I am 52F with Multiple Sclerosis and AuDHD. I have been on adderall for about a decade. I think it became mostly ineffective for me about 5 years ago. I didn't start paying attention to which generic manufacturer I was being dispensed until a few months ago, but it has been Camber every month since I started paying attention.
I started taking a low dose oral GLP-1 two weeks ago, and by day 3, I noticed a huge increase in general cognitive clarity and executive functioning, so I got excited and thought I might be able to discontinue Adderall altogether. After about a week of energy and executive function levels I hadn't seen in 20 years, I discontinued my Adderall 30 mg XR.
I discontinued for 3-4 days, and my executive functioning remained intact (amazing), but my energy tanked. I was sleeping a good solid 9 hours a night, getting good REM sleep, but I couldn't hold my eyes open most of the day. I resumed the adderall, and the fatigue resolved. I'm not sure what to make of it, but figured I'd share my experience.
